Job responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the Xiaomi store at Aeon Mall Ha Dong/Hai Phong, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, including sales, customer satisfaction, and inventory levels, to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive foot traffic, increase sales, and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, including visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
- Manage inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and minimize stock discrepancies.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular reports on store performance to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and regional teams to execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and staff by adhering to safety and security protocols.

Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role, preferably in the consumer electronics or technology sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
- Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
- Proficient in using retail management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in Vietnamese and proficiency in English is required.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
