About the role
Houlihan's MACE Lismore is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Store Manager to lead our busy convenience store and forecourt.
A fantastic opportunity to take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of a thriving store.
What You’ll Do
Manage and train staff to the highest standards
Ensure excellent merchandising and store presentation
Oversee stock control and stock-taking procedures
Lead regular team meetings and strong staff communication
Drive performance to achieve sales and operational targets
We’re Looking For
Grocery retail management experience (essential)
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
Excellent communication and customer service
Proven track record of achieving targets
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
