font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Manages both customer and employee conflict and resolves complaints about or within the department.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Responsible for and oversees products that are available at the store location for pick up and deliveries.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Responsible for review of sales goals to include customer outreach through CRM to maintain and establish new customer relations.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Works with internal admin and customer success team relative to sales tracking, performance review and location efficiency, as well as customer support and employee engagement.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Participates in the interviewing, hiring, training, and firing of employees.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Delegates referral process/coordination, staffing coordination, supply inventory, and oversees the completion of these processes.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Opens and closes facility a minimum of 30 minutes before/after normal business hours.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Responsible for daily and monthly inventory management, including waste containment.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Generates weekly time and attendance schedules and reviews hours for payroll.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Required and responsible for equipment operation, training and certification.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">This position manages employees within the retail store and is responsible for the performance, management, and hiring of the employees within the location departments. Responsible for the interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, and the termination of employees through proper processes.&nbsp; Responsible for coaching, teaching, implementing, inspecting and upholding a safe culture and work environment at the location.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h1><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Work Environment</span></h1> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">This job operates in a professional retail environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, digital filing systems and payment processing machines. The employee will be expected to work outside in all weather conditions and must have suitable clothing. They must have the ability and willingness to work in adverse conditions, not just including extreme weather but enclosed spaces and heights up to 8 feet. The employee will be expected to work around and with machinery that distributes loud noises and exhaust. Personal Protective gear is provided by the employer. Days and hours can change at the discretion of the Regional</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Manager, though typical hours of work are Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 5 p.m.&nbsp; Saturday work required as job duties demand (typically during harvesting season, March-November, from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m.).</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Availability and On-Call Responsibilities-As the Store Manager, you are expected to maintain accessibility by always keeping your work-issued cell phone on your person during and outside of store hours. font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">2+ years of Team Supervision experience.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">1+ year of experience with Agricultural Retail Management and/or related business.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Face-to-face / Counter Sales and Customer Service experience.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communication; or equivalent in experience</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h1><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Preferred Education and Experience</span></h1> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">2+ years of experience with turfgrass sod and seed in a retail setting.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Additional education in turf management, horticulture, or similar field of study.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;
