Store Manager

Contract Type: Permanent Contract Hours: Full Time (40 hours per week)

VPZ are the market-leading vape and e-cig retailer in the UK. With over 150 stores across the country, and continuing to expand across the UK, we're now looking for someone special to join us in VPZ Kettering. Think you're up for the challenge?

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Store Manager to join our team in VPZ Kettering. You will be expected to work 5 days out of 7, including weekends.

What you'll be doing

• Inspiring and motivating your team to deliver a level of customer service that exceeds all expectations
• Coaching and developing your team members in all aspects of their role
• Organised to effectively plan priorities and be able to respond to deadlines and challenges
• Overseeing the day-to-day running of the store including rota management/time and attendance, store standards, stock management and cash handling in line with company procedures and best practice

Experience you’ll bring

• Experience in managing a team, preferably within a retail or hospitality environment
• Strong leadership skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to cope with changing priorities, maintaining a calm and resilient work ethic
• Able to work well under pressure when required.
• Familiarity with vaping products would be beneficial but not essential as industry-leading training will be provided.

Pay: £12.50-£13.00 per hour
