About the role

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Stores Person to join our warehouse team. This full-time role is based at our Airport Oaks, Auckland site and operates Monday to Friday.

In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and processing inwards goods, ensuring accurate record keeping, booking stock into our computer-based inventory system, and reporting any stock variances.

Some equipment may require assembly prior to storage or dispatch, so manual handling and lifting are part of the role.  The successful candidate will therefore need to be physically fit and capable of safely lifting heavy weights.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Assisting with picking and packing customer orders
• Preparing goods and documentation for dispatch and delivery
• Supporting the wider warehouse team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations

What you will bring 

• Proven experience in a warehouse environment
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written English language skills
• Good computer literacy
• Able to work collaboratively with a diverse range of people.
• Good level of fitness and ability to lift/handle heavy equipment & goods
• Experience using a forklift (training can be provided for the right candidate)
