Strategic Account Executive - Singapore

This is a unique "hybrid" role where you’ll own the entire journey: from hunting and closing new business to nurturing and expanding your own portfolio of accounts.</p> <p>We provide the tech and the infrastructure; you bring the drive, the "can-do" attitude, and the hunger to double your targets.</p> <h3><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>The Hunt (New Business):</strong> You’ll relentlessly prospect and network to build a quality pipeline, working alongside SDRs to engage senior decision-makers at Fintechs, Banks, and Payment companies.</li> <li><strong>The Growth (Expansion):</strong> You’ll manage an existing portfolio of accounts, focusing on retention while identifying every opportunity to expand our footprint within those businesses.</li> <li><strong>The Close:</strong> You’ll lead the full sales cycle—qualifying, negotiating, and closing high-value deals with a focus on creating urgency.</li> <li><strong>The Strategy:</strong> You’ll feed market intelligence back to our Product teams and mentor junior sales members, sharing the "secret sauce" of your success.</li> <li><strong>The Goal:</strong> Consistently overachieve on both new business and retention quotas.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What you’ll bring</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Experience:</strong> You have a proven track record (ideally 4+ years) in B2B SaaS sales. You’ve successfully managed high-value accounts <em>and</em> closed new business from scratch.</li> <li><strong>Industry Knowledge:</strong> Experience in Fintech, RegTech, or Financial Services is a huge plus.
