Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic, financial, and regulatory governance frameworks for the Consumer Banking Group
• Act as primary liaison between the Finance BUC, digibank tech and business/product owners.
• Ensure the delivery of digital journeys is aligned with the bank’s overall strategy.
• Ensure digibank features are delivered on time with the expected quality.
• Ensure and oversee projects in accordance with proper governance and cost management.
• Monitor project costs and ensure proper project governance.
• Monitor key data to ensure digibank stays competitive in the digital banking market
• Communicate product/feature launch via e-mail, push notifications, and other available channels by working with the marketing, data chapter, and business teams.
• Track and gather data or documents for regulatory requests while ensuring the implementation of any new regulations with timeliness
• Track and gather data or documents required for audit purposes
• Supporting customer adoption towards digital platform

Requirements

• Have experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, governance frameworks, and risk management principles
• Proficient in data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
