This role sits at the center of how Boomi operates and shows up to the market, supporting company narrative, advancing key initiatives, and strengthening how we engage with customers, partners, and key external audiences.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Reporting to the VP, Office of the CEO &amp; Corporate Affairs, this individual will partner closely with the Executive Leadership Team to help ensure Boomi’s strategy is clearly communicated, well-coordinated, and consistently reinforced across the business and in the market.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and communication, and who is comfortable operating across a wide range of priorities in a fast-moving environment.</span></p> <h2><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">What You Will Do</span></h2> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">This individual will support the Office of the CEO across a range of evolving priorities. Responsibilities will flex based on business needs, but core areas include:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Help run the Office of the CEO:</strong> Drive day-to-day coordination across priorities, support executive workflows, and ensure key initiatives, meetings, and follow-ups are well-structured and moving forward.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Support Corporate Affairs Priorities:</strong> Help bring Boomi’s narrative and positioning to life across key audiences, ensuring clarity and consistency in how we communicate internally and externally.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Drive Strategic Initiatives:</strong> Lead and support high-priority, cross-functional initiatives on behalf of the CEO and executive team, helping move work forward from concept through execution.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Contribute to Market Engagement: </strong>Support how Boomi shows up with customers, partners, and the broader market through content, coordination, and preparation for key moments.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Enable Executive Effectiveness:</strong> Assist in preparing for critical moments including executive communications, customer and partner engagements, and leadership forums.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Support Operating Rhythm &amp; Alignment:</strong> Help coordinate leadership cadences and forums to ensure alignment on priorities, decisions, and follow-through.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Represent the Office of the CEO: </strong>Operate with a high level of discretion and judgment, effectively representing the Office of the CEO across internal and external interactions.</span></li> </ul> <h2><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">T</span><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">he Experience You Bring</span></h2> <ul> <li><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">6 -10 years of experience in strategy, operations, corporate affairs, or related roles within a high-growth SaaS or technology company.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience working on cross-functional projects and supporting initiatives that span multiple teams.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong communication skills, with experience developing content for senior leaders or executive audiences.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Understanding of B2B technology businesses and how companies position and operate in competitive markets.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and navigate ambiguity.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities at once.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; Base compensation for this position ranges from $126K - $173K.&nbsp; This position is remote-friendly and, as such, final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
