You will develop strategic partnerships with public and private entities, navigate complex government processes, and ensure compliance while establishing access to high-value transportation hubs across Canada&nbsp;</span></p> <p style="line-height: 1.4;"><strong style="font-size: 24pt;" data-renderer-mark="true">About the Role</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Secure high-impact locations for bus stops and stations by leveraging government relationships and private-sector negotiation skills</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Identify, negotiate, and secure bus stop access agreements with private business partners to support and expand network operations</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Align commercial objectives with government policies by identifying opportunities and mitigating regulatory risks</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Develop partnerships with businesses, Canadian transit agencies (e.g., Metrolinx, OC Transpo, Calgary Transit), and property owners to enhance station access and amenities</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Serve as the primary contact for station-related and government relations matters, advocating for the company in infrastructure planning forums</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate with teams to standardize documentation and refine processes, enabling improved efficiencies</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 24pt;"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">About You</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">1+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or real estate development, including work with Canadian government entities at the federal, provincial, and municipal levels</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">1+ years of project management experience with knowledge of Canadian transportation regulations (e.g., Transport Canada and provincial Ministries of Transportation) and public transit systems</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience initiating new business relationships</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Working proficiency in French is not required, but would be an asset</span></li> </ul> <p style="line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
