Job Description

In the Strategic Partnerships Intern role for Latin America, you will

• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing initiatives, content production, CRM initiatives, trainings and communication action plans tied to key partnerships, ad hoc and on going;

• Prepare the monthly financial reports of the partnerships;

• Assist the Strategic partnerships team by monitoring partners Key Performance Indicators;

• Manage administrative, operational, and financial processes including invoicing, payments, contracts, supplier relations, assets delivery, and budget tracking;

• Prepare reports and presentations to our partners and internal teams;

Qualifications

• Studying Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, International Relations, or a related field as a Bachelor degree.

• Native Portuguese and advanced English are required (written and oral). Spanish is a plus.

• Advanced Power Point (or similar apps) and intermediate Excel skills.

• We are looking for a person that is organized, with high attention to details, responsiveness, professional and committed. If you have these qualifications and are curious to learn the broader context of our business, willing to be a great generalist, this is the place for you to develop yourself.
