As a Strategic Partnerships Manager at Bolt Business, you will be pivotal in driving our growth strategy by identifying and cultivating impactful partnerships and initiatives, as well as optimising our existing relationships.</p>

<p>Your focus will be on closing new high-potential opportunities, validating use cases for Bolt’s products, and converting early-stage conversations into scalable commercial relationships. You will need to skillfully navigate complex relationships, negotiating high-value contracts, and devising innovative solutions to maximise performance.</p>
<p>As you progress in the role you will also be responsible for growing and maintaining these partnerships. You’ll develop a wide range of partnership types, using our state-of-the-art API connectivity, from online travel agents to global aggregators. </p>
<p>The position requires ambition, drive, and confidence, as well as a necessity to bring expertise in building strong and robust partnerships. <li><point>Build the strategic partnership portfolio by closing new opportunities, offering product guidance, and providing first-tier technical support.</point></li>
<li><point>Lead on building and delivering on new partnerships types, in line with Bolt for Business’ strategy and growth trajectory.</point></li>
<li><point>Build a pipeline of suitable partnership opportunities across the globe, mapping new commercial arrangements and deal types and understanding product gaps and improvements.</point></li>
<li><point>Work closely with senior management and teams in product, legal, operations and sales to shape our efforts to meet the needs of our future partnership requirements.</point></li>
<li><point>Deliver quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with strategic partners to drive performance and identify growth levers.</point></li>

<li><point>You have at least 3 years of experience in a strategic partnerships or commercial role, or a project or program management role at a tech company.</point></li>
<li><point>You possess a strong sense of ownership, driving projects forward independently while maintaining focus on achieving key objectives.</point></li>
<li><point>You can effectively communicate in English and the local language, efficiently network, and build meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.</point></li>
<li><point>You have a proven track record in identifying, initiating, negotiating, and finalising significant partnership agreements.</point></li>
<li><point>You are experienced in uncovering new business opportunities arising from product changes and market trends.</point></li>
<li><point>You demonstrate the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and navigate intricate solutions with both internal and external parties.</point></li>
<li><point>You are comfortable using data to inform decisions and can build compelling business cases and performance reviews using tools like Excel, Looker, or similar.</point></li>
<li><point>Preferable, but not necessary, is a background in travel and mobility.</point></li>
