<h2><strong>Who You Are</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>A recognized University Degree </li>
<li><strong>Hybrid Thinker: Strategic x Creative: </strong>5–8 years of experience in brand strategy, social/influencer strategy, or content planning. Must be fluent in culture, brand, and comms thinking—with a proven knack for making the complex simple and the simple powerful.</li>
<li><strong>Narrative Hacker & Deck Ninja: </strong>Exceptional storytelling—both in presentations and planning narratives. Can turn a business task into a breakthrough content territory, faster than a trending meme.</li>
<li><strong>People-first, Purpose-fueled: </strong>Strong leadership and collaboration mindset. Energizes teams, influences stakeholders, and keeps strategy relevant, inspiring, and outcome-driven—even under pressure.</li>
<li>Someone excited about Marketing Technology</li>
<li>Has a good command of English and strong interpersonal skills</li>
<li>A team player, highly motivated, and committed</li>
<li>Ability to coach and develop junior members of the team</li>
<li>Has depth of understanding about the industry, business, brands, and consumers in client conversations.</li>
<li>A passion for data, insights, and ideation</li>
