What You’ll Do
- Execute High-Impact Projects: Support initiatives across real estate, tech, private equity, and insurance ventures, driving tasks to completion with precision and accountability.
- Apply Analytical Problem-Solving: Research, analyze, and synthesize data into actionable insights that inform executive decision-making.
- Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate across diverse teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment, clarity, and progress on complex projects.
- Adapt & Learn Quickly: Jump into unfamiliar subject areas, mastering new skills and concepts at speed.
- Support Leadership Priorities: Work directly with senior leaders on strategic initiatives, providing leverage through disciplined execution.
- Deliver with Excellence: Ensure every deliverable—whether a model, report, or project milestone—meets institutional-quality standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3-7 years of professional experience in consulting, finance, operations, or project-based roles; top-tier new graduates will also be considered.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver projects with precision under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; highly proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and research tools.
- Intellectual curiosity and adaptability; thrives on learning new domains quickly and deeply.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information clearly and concisely.
- Deep alignment with Rex’s mission and values; motivated by impact and stewardship.
- Ambitious, resourceful, and eager to operate at ludicrous speed in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
