<p>Syllo is seeking a Sales Executive to help drive growth for our award-winning AI-powered litigation platform, which features agentic AI first-level document review. The ideal candidate will be experienced in selling legal technology, developing new leads, and growing adoption with existing law firms and legal departments.</p> <p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p> <p>In this role, you will have responsibility for sales to new clients, where you will cultivate new prospects and opportunities, and account management, expanding reach and adoption with existing clients. &nbsp;You will assist throughout the full sales cycle, with an emphasis on lead generation, qualification, and closing.</p> <p>This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-growing startup and make a significant impact on the future of legal technology. If you are a self-starter, results-driven, and have a passion for legal innovation and technology, we would love to hear from you!</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Identify, target, and nurture leads at prospective law firms and legal departments within defined geographic regions.</li> <li>Identify new opportunities for growth at existing accounts.</li> <li>Thrive on setting goals and achieving individual sales quotas.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Represent Syllo at conferences and trade shows and periodic meetings at client and prospective client offices.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Qualify prospective clients who meet target customer profile.</li> <li>Articulate the value of Syllo's solutions and tailor presentations to specific client needs.</li> <li>Manage the sales process, including: <ul> <li>Lead generation and qualification.</li> <li>Conducting product demonstrations and proposing solutions.</li> <li>Negotiating SOWs and agreements.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Ensure progress on prospective transactions, e.g., circulating paperwork, conducting follow-ups, scheduling follow-up meetings.</li> <li>Identify and resolve impediments to deal completion.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.</li> <li>Provide ongoing support and communication throughout the sales process.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Develop and manage sales pipeline in HubSpot.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Achieve KPIs surrounding lead generation, meeting setting, and sales.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in SaaS sales or account executive role</li> <li>2+ years of experience selling eDiscovery software</li> <li>Familiarity with tracking sales progress in a CRM</li> <li>Self-motivated, goal-oriented</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to resourcefully solve problems</li> <li>A strong understanding of the legal industry, particularly litigation workflows and challenges, a plus</li> <li>Qualified to work in and resident in the United States</li> <li>Able to work in a remote environment <br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>Salary range</strong>: $120,000 - $170,000 base, OTE $225,000 - $310,000 or higher depending on performance</p> <p>This position can be performed remotely or be based in New York City.
