About the role
<p>CASE is looking for a motivated, curious and detail-oriented intern to support strategy and account management teams with consumer, category and cultural research for our clients. In this internship you will build your resume while gaining first-hand knowledge of insight gathering, brand development, and strategic frameworks.</p>
<p>As a CASE intern, you will: </p>
<p> · Work collaboratively with CASE teams to help clients discover their unique value propositions and define differentiated brand platforms. </p>
<p> · Engage in internal briefings to gain a comprehensive understanding of project objectives and ensure effective alignment with the clients goals.</p>
<p> · Conduct research and identify insights at the intersection of consumer, company, competition.</p>
<p>· Keep pace with industry and platform trends to gain a thorough understanding of the beauty, wellness, and lifestyle industries.</p>
<p> · Prepare clear, well-organized discovery decks that synthesize findings and insights</p>
<p> · Streamline research and insights to create clear and compelling recommendations across brand, social, digital, and packaging strategies; help build strategic narratives and inform brand storytelling.</p>
<p> · Attend client meetings and assist in presenting findings when possible.</p>
<p> · Support the Account Management Teams by participating in internal reviews; helping facilitate the process of routing deliverables for client approval</p>

<p>DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS </p>
<p>· Pursuing a BA/BS degree; previous internship experience in a creative </p>
<p>environment (advertising agency or design firm) preferred. </p>
<p>· Dynamic, positive and solution-oriented with a talent for building relationships.</p>
<p>· Obsessed with the beauty/haircare/fashion industries, with a desire to always know what’s new and next.</p>
<p>· Highly-organized and detail-oriented, with excellent oral and written communication skills.</p>
<p>· Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.</p>
<p>· Fluent in presentation software (Keynote, PowerPoint or Google slides).</p>
<p>· Experience with common research platforms (Mintel, Simmons or similar).</p>
<p>· Familiarity with common web analytics tools (Hootsuite, Sprout, Google Analytics or similar) preferred.</p>
<p>· U.S. citizen or authorized to live and work in the U.S. </p>

<p>· Location: NYC</p>
<p>· Duration: Approximately 10 - 14 weeks </p>
<p>· Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week) </p>
