Robinson.</p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>Loop is building a strategy and operations function that will drive key functions as Loop scales. Responsibilities span several areas including: solving customer's business problems, customer support, supporting product development, data analysis and management.</p> <p>This role will work cross functionally to drive customer adoption and deliver outsized impact to our users and customers.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Embed with customer, product, and operations teams at some of the largest companies in the world to deliver increased customer value</li> <li>Accelerate Loop’s ability to deliver net new product surface for global brands by deeply understanding and learning how we drive customer outcomes</li> <li>Partner with data science, go to market and operations to proactively solve problems and ensure Loop is built to scale</li> <li>Serve as the internal voice of the customer bringing insights from customers and operations to product, bridging gaps for features that are yet to be built</li> <li>Demonstrate a deeply substantive execution skill set, knowledge of Loop’s product offering, and how it solves our customers pain points</li> <li>Support key business partners to accelerate growth and customer delivery in Loop’s most important business segments</li> <li>Build and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders, ensuring that Loop is focused on delivering value for them.</li> </ul> <p><strong>About You</strong></p> <ul> <li>You have a college degree with a quantitative background in analytics, finance, or economics or similar</li> <li>You have 3+ years of work experience in consulting, technology, data analysis or other quantitative fields</li> <li>You have advanced excel skills and SQL, Python or other programming skills</li> <li>You balance an eagerness to learn with the ability to execute&nbsp;</li> <li>You’re a team player and excited about the opportunity to be an early employee at a fast-paced, fast-growing company</li> <li>You have the ability to travel up to 20%</li> <li>This is an in person role based in Chicago or San Francisco with the expectation to be in the office</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits &amp; Perks</strong></p> <ul> <li>This role is eligible for Loop’s&nbsp;health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off, paid holidays, parental leave, and other company-sponsored benefits.</li> </ul> <div id="USE_CHAT_GPT_AI_ROOT" style="display: none; z-index: -1; position: absolute; top: -10000px; left: -10000px; width: 1px; height: 1px; overflow: hidden; opacity: 0;">usechatgpt init success</div>
