This individual will partner closely with operations leads, attorneys, and firm leadership to execute on the strategic vision for multiple high-growth departments.</p> <p>This person will enjoy autonomy leading projects and designing / implementing new processes.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Leverage data to identify key opportunities for growth across multiple practice areas</li> <li>Drive alignment of key stakeholders across functions, including marketing, product, client success, legal, and operations to execute on growth opportunities</li> <li>Synthesize data to report on department performance, ultimately providing data-driven recommendations to improve overall department performance</li> <li>Understand bottlenecks and pain points and use in-depth knowledge of case management program and other firm processes to support / coach team members and improve usage / efficiency</li> <li>Identify platform features that could increase productivity and efficiency, working with development team to see features from ideation to implementation</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualification</strong></p> <ul> <li>1-2 years of total work experience in management consulting, investment banking, business operations, strategy, or finance roles</li> <li>Startup or high-growth experience preferred (i.e., you are inclined to get things done!)</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving and structured thinking skills</li> <li>Exceptional ability to synthesize information, simplify complexity, and deliver actionable plans in digestible presentation formats</li> <li>Advanced analytical skill, with experience delivering data-driven recommendations</li> <li>Comfort working autonomously across multiple high-priority projects</li> </ul> <p>The anticipated full-time annualized salary range will be contingent upon various factors, including but not limited to, relevant experience, market data, job location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.</p> <p>#LI-AP1</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$100,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$150,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Morgan &amp; Morgan is a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful.
