Strategy & Execution Associate (Social Impact)

Metyis is growing! We are looking for a Strategy and Execution Associate with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our Strategy and Execution team in Barcelona.

What you will do

• You will play a key role in our project teams, supporting the Manager and interacting often with Directors and Partners

• Under the Manager’s supervision, you will conduct market research, you will hold client interviews, you will develop analytical models and derive business recommendations out of them, to drive positive change in our clients.

• You will play a particular role in the data driven analyses as our clients require more and more that analytical base in business related projects.

• You will lead the preparation of meetings, workshops and presentation to clients to share progress

• You will receive a thorough training (formal and ‘on-the-job’), continuous feedback and a close coaching that will ensure your career advancement within the firm.

• And over time, you will be expected to support the development of more junior team members.

What you’ll bring

• B.A. or M.Sc. degrees in Economics, Business, Mathematics, Engineering or other related studies at top Schools and Universities, with an outstanding record of (academic) achievement.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Management Consulting is a must, and nice to have experience in Business Development, knowledge of FDI projects and stakeholder Management

• Excellent social, analytical and proficiency communication skills.

• Fluent English, Spanish and Catalan are a must, both verbal and written.

• Advanced level of PowerPoint and Excel.

• International Experience
