<p>We’re looking for a highly motivated Strategy Trainee to join our dynamic team.</p>
<p>This is an exceptional opportunity for an emerging talent to immerse themselves in the world of strategy, contributing to impactful client success within an environment focused on continuous learning.</p>

<h3>What you’ll do:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Assist in gathering and analyzing data from consumer trends, competitor analysis, and industry reports to inform proposals.</li>
<li>Support senior team members in developing marketing and communications strategies for clients and new business projects.</li>
<li>Monitor the latest marketing, communication, and digital trends to provide fresh insights and innovative solutions.</li>
<li>Prepare compelling reports and presentations that synthesize market trends and strategic insights, supporting effective communication and decision-making for both internal teams and clients.</li>
<li>Assist in monitoring campaign performance, analyzing KPIs, and preparing reports for internal teams or clients.</li>

<h3>What you’ll need:</h3>
<ul>
<li>A Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.</li>
<li>Strong interest in marketing, communications, and strategy with a desire to learn and grow.</li>
<li>Demonstrated interest and foundational understanding of advertising, marketing, and brand strategy.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling messages.</li>
<li>Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset eager to bring fresh ideas.</li>
<li>Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Fluency in English (both written and spoken)</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling messages.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational, time management, and self-management skills.</li>
<li>Strong initiative and ability to work under pressure.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.</li>
<li>Fluency in Portuguese and English (both written and spoken)</li>
</ul>
