<p>Our Strategic team is looking for a <strong>Strategy Planner</strong> to join us in <strong>Madrid</strong>.<br>We’re searching for someone with strong strategic thinking, a sharp cultural eye, and a genuine interest in social platforms, digital behaviors and what’s happening right now.</p>

<p>This role is ideal for a planner who thinks <strong>social-first</strong>, understands how ideas live and grow on platforms, and can also connect that thinking to broader <strong>omnichannel / 360º campaigns</strong>.</p>
<p><br>A key part of the role involves <strong>structuring strategic narratives, building decks and presenting strategy</strong> both internally and to clients.</p>

<h3>Your role will include…</h3>
<ul>
<li>Researching <strong>culture, consumer behaviors, trends and emerging signals</strong>, with a strong focus on digital and social ecosystems.</li>
<li>Translating insights from research, platforms and culture into <strong>clear strategic opportunities</strong>.</li>
<li>Preparing benchmarks and competitor analysis, understanding how brands show up across <strong>online and offline touchpoints</strong>.</li>
<li>Writing <strong>creative briefs</strong> that clearly frame the strategic challenge and inspire strong ideas.</li>
<li>Defining and developing <strong>omnichannel strategic proposals</strong>, grounded in consumer truths and journeys, with social often acting as the starting point.</li>
<li><strong>Structuring strategic narratives and building clear, compelling decks</strong>, both for internal alignment and client-facing presentations.</li>
<li><strong>Presenting strategy internally and to clients</strong>, explaining thinking in a clear, confident and persuasive way.</li>
<li>Supporting the development of <strong>strategic presentations</strong> for local and international clients.</li>
<li>Tracking the effectiveness of strategies and helping optimize them when needed, working with <strong>brand and performance KPIs</strong>.</li>
<li>Managing a variety of projects (national, international, B2C, B2B).</li>
<li>Collaborating closely with different teams: <strong>Creativity, Social Media, Content, Data, Performance</strong>.</li>

<h3>We’d love it if you have…</h3>
<ul>
<li>A degree in Advertising, Marketing or a related field. A postgraduate degree in Strategic Planning or Digital Strategy is a plus.</li>
<li><strong>3–4 years of experience</strong> as a Strategist / Planner in an agency, brand consultancy or marketing department.</li>
<li>Strong <strong>research skills</strong>, including desk research and familiarity with qualitative and quantitative methodologies.</li>
<li>A solid understanding of <strong>social platforms, formats and trends</strong>, and how brands can participate meaningfully in them.</li>
<li>Interest in <strong>digital culture, technology updates and platform evolution</strong>.</li>
<li>Strong <strong>presentation skills</strong>: ability to structure decks with a clear narrative, prioritize ideas and communicate strategy effectively.</li>
<li>Confidence presenting <strong>both internally and in front of clients</strong>, adapting tone and depth depending on the audience.</li>
<li><strong>Languages:</strong> Spanish (native or fluent) and <strong>English (advanced / proficiency level – mandatory)</strong>.</li>
