For more information about Nintendo, please visit the company’s website at&nbsp;<a href="https://www.nintendo.com/">https://www.nintendo.com/</a>.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES</strong></p> <ul> <li>Supports the development of documents defining product, product&nbsp;assembly, and packaging of retail finished goods.</li> <li>Review capability of partner quality management system to assess product safety, compliance and quality risks.</li> <li>Provides technical or mechanical support to internal and external teams to ensure products are manufactured and packaged in accordance to specifications.</li> <li>Conducts production part performance evaluations following internal and industrial test standards. Provides engineering solutions based on test result analysis.</li> <li>Performs root cause analysis in response to nonconformance. Designs corrective actions and solutions to reduce defects with minimal cost.</li> <li>Designs, tests and implements tools to support production operations.</li> <li>Supports management of Nintendo of America Inc. (NOA) Corrective Action Request (CAR) initiatives.</li> <li>Provides input and recommendations for design validation testing to qualify new components and packaging materials.</li> <li>May rely on experience with fabrication processes, equipment, and materials to tailor designs to achieve the most practical balance of quality, speed, and cost.</li> </ul> <p><strong>SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS</strong></p> <ul> <li>3 or more years of related engineering experience.</li> <li>Working experience within an ISO-9001 environment preferred.</li> <li>Working experience with exposure from product specification through to production phase preferred.</li> <li>Operational and theoretical knowledge of environmental, vibration, compression and impact stress testing methodologies preferred.</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of packaging materials and associated performance testing protocols (Nintendo Standards, ISTA).</li> <li>Electronics testing experience preferred.</li> <li>Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.</li> <li>ASQ Certified Quality Engineer certification preferred.</li> <li>Valid passport required.</li> </ul> <div class="block__cell block__field--wide-rich-text" data-bind="css: $component.getBlockCellCss($data, 0)"> <div id="qualificationExt-container" class="block__field--wide-rich-text" data-bind="attr: {id: $data.name + '-container', class:( $data.displayType === 'InputTextArea') ?
