<p><span data-contrast="none">Max Manufacturing, one of Central Oregon's most skilled fab shops, is searching for an experienced Structural Steel Detailer with strong 3D drafting experience to join their team. This role involves producing accurate 3D models, shop drawings, and erection drawings to support the fabrication and installation of structural steel projects. The position requires close coordination with engineers, fabricators, and project managers to ensure quality, accuracy and constructability. </span></p>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="none">Key Responsibilities</span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Produce accurate 3D models, shop drawings, and erection drawings for structural steel</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Interpret architectural and structural engineering drawings and specifications </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Develop steel connection details in accordance with applicable codes and standards </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Coordinate with engineers, fabricators, and contractors to resolve design issues</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Update drawings based on RFI's, revisions, and site feedback </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Prepare material lists and fabrication-ready documentation </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Maintain organized drawing files and project records </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Provide technical support to fabrication and erection teams </span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="none">Experience with 3D modeling, drawing extraction, and clash detection </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Familiarity with BIM workflows </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Basic proficiency in MS Office or equivalent tools </span></li>
