Your area of work
New Issues International plays a key role in the securities lifecycle at Clearstream. The team is responsible for an accurate and timely setup of international securities. The securities are accepted based on data provided by various market participants and are checked against Clearstream eligibility requirements prior to opening them in the Clearstream database. Once the final Terms & Conditions are received, the reference data are reviewed, focusing on data accuracy and coverage, to enable subsequent first class service delivery to internal data consumers and ultimately to Clearstream customers.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
- Review and analysis of Final Documents, control of correctly processed eligibility review
- Monitoring and updating information about taxability
- Liaising with international depositories and various agents.
- Chasing of missing/unclear information from market participants.
Qualification & Skills
- Ability to work daily for 4 hours
- Very good written and spoken English.
- Good analytical skills and care for detail.
- Experience in Back Office is an advantage.
- Good communication skills: both oral and written.
- Willingness to learn, flexibility.
