About the role
Your area of work
Our unit is part of Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE). We setup and configure GCP and take care of overall operational aspects like security monitoring and billing. Our goal is to enable the product teams, so that they can develop, migrate and operate applications efficiently in the cloud.
Your responsibilities
- Assist in defining product backlog items for platform features on GCP.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to gather requirements. This offers a valuable learning opportunity to understand stakeholder needs and translate them into actionable user stories.
- Monitor and evaluate product performance to enhance functionality and user experience. This provides practical experience in product analysis and improvement strategies.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
- Documentation and communication: Assist with documenting product features, user stories, and other relevant information. This would also entail communicating with different teams.
- Gaining familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its services. The trainee will learn about the platform that provides easy-to-use compliance, security, and analytics.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies: Participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to understand agile principles.
Your profile
- Studying at university
- Team player, analytical and conceptual skills, accuracy
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Interest in GCP, product development and software engineering
Contract type: Agreement on Work activities (in Czech: Dohoda o pracovni cinnosti)
Working time/ hours: up to 20 hours per week
