About the role

XR Experience for Media & Advertising is hiring a Studio Manager to join our team.

This is a full-time position based in Maadi, Egypt.

XR Experience for Media & Advertising is a creative agency specializing in delivering innovative media and advertising solutions across digital and traditional platforms. We partner with brands to create impactful campaigns, combining strategy, creativity, and high-quality execution in every project.

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Studio Manager to oversee the daily operations of our studio and ensure smooth workflows across creative and production projects. The ideal candidate will act as the key link between internal creative teams, production teams, and clients—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This role requires strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced creative environment.

  • Oversee the daily operations of the studio, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient resource management.
  • Manage studio maintenance, equipment upkeep, and ensure all facilities are functioning properly.
  • Enforce safety protocols and maintain an organized working environment.
  • Coordinate project schedules from initial brief to final delivery, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Work closely with creative, production, and operations teams to allocate resources effectively.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding project requirements and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Prepare project estimates, manage quotations, and oversee account coordination when needed.
  • Hire, train, schedule, and support internal staff and freelancers.
  • Monitor team performance and provide guidance to ensure high-quality output.
  • Oversee budgets, billing, invoicing, and cost control to maximize studio profitability.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and studio efficiency.

  • Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
  • Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Art , Media Production, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in studio management, project management, or agency operations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and freelancers.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and production workflows.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, invoicing, and financial management processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced creative environment and meet tight deadlines.
