Studio Operations Manager (Contract)

Would you like to work on something comedic with lighthearted and whimsical characters?<span style="color: #ee0000;">&nbsp;</span></p> <p>As a&nbsp;Studio Operations Manager<strong> </strong>(Contract) on teamLFG, you will be a project manager for initiatives in support of the Studio Operations Team and be responsible for supporting daily operations related to studio culture. Most importantly, you will work with a fun, dedicated, and passionate cross-discipline team devoted to turning a creative dream into a new franchise at PlayStation.&nbsp;</p> <p>We are looking for candidates who value joining a mission-focused team with a diverse set of backgrounds, experiences, interests, and viewpoints.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Drive execution of projects that require cross-functional collaboration within the Studio Operations team</p> </li> <li> <p>Assist in managing daily studio operations in coordination with the Studio Operations Sr. Manager (e.g., vendor management, contract management, etc.)</p> </li> <li> <p>Own planning and execution of studio morale events, internal swag, and studio on-sites</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate with the Studio Operations team to plan and execute internal onsite events</p> </li> <li> <p>Assist with regular studio comms (team meetings, monthly studio ops updates, additional needed comms)</p> </li> <li> <p>Maintain office space and be primary point of contact for facilities and physical security</p> </li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Strong project management skills: building project plans, tracking, and driving projects to on-time on-budget completion</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience working as a part of a multi-discipline operations team (e.g., Facilities, Information Technology, Finance, Human Resources, Recruiting, and Legal)</p> </li> <li> <p>Outstanding written and oral communication skills: ability to craft communications to individuals at all levels and disciplines, including studio-wide communication</p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to foster strong partnerships in a fast-paced, collaborative environment</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong conflict resolution and mediation skills, with a proven ability to navigate challenges, mitigate risks, and remove roadblocks to ensure project success</p> </li> <li> <p>Demonstrated experience in rapidly learning new methods and processes and adapting them to critical business needs in a creative environment</p> </li> <li> <p>Results driven mindset with strong critical thinking skills and ability to navigate ambiguity</p> </li> <li> <p>Proficient in Project Management tools (e.g., JIRA or similar, etc.)</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to work in office 2-3 times a week</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>NICE TO HAVE</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience working with creative teams</p> </li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>At SIE, working with our partners, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.&nbsp;<br><br>Please note that the individual base pay range may vary based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.<br><br>In addition, this role is eligible for benefit offerings that include medical, dental, and vision.
