Study Nurse

About this role

TFS HealthScience is a leading global mid size Contract Research Organization CRO that partners with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies throughout their entire clinical development journey. Our expertise includes full service capabilities, resourcing, and Functional Service FSP solutions.

The Study Nurse is responsible for supporting the conduct of clinical trials at site level by performing study related procedures, coordinating patient visits, and ensuring compliance with protocol, GCP, and regulatory requirements.

This assignment is a low FTE engagement of only a couple of hours per week, supporting a single site located in the Odense area.

As part of our SRS FSP team, you will be dedicated to one sponsor, a global pharmaceutical or biotechnology company that is an industry leader within its therapeutic area.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage patient visits in accordance with the study protocol

• Perform study related procedures including sample collection, vital signs, and ECGs

• Ensure accurate and timely data entry as well as resolution of queries

• Handle investigational medicinal product including storage, accountability, and dispensing

• Provide patient support including training on study procedures and administration of investigational product

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing or equivalent healthcare qualification

• Previous experience working with clinical trials as a study nurse or coordinator

• Good understanding of GCP and clinical trial processes

• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
