This individual will leverage subject matter expertise, agency insight, and leadership acumen to help advance DLH growth via proposals and solutioning in the SRD market. This role requires collaborating with SRD personnel to create innovative value propositions for key government contracting opportunities.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Provide thought leadership, subject matter knowledge, agency understanding, and solutioning skills in SRD opportunities according to background and expertise&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Assist the technical, business development, and capture teams to pursue and secure high-value contracts.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Leverage relationships with academic institutions, public health and government agencies, and other stakeholders to drive innovation and growth.&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Qualifications&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Terminal degree in a relevant field such as public health, medicine, life sciences, biomedical engineering, or related disciplines and ten (10) or more years of relevant experience.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience in the government public health and informatics industry with a focus on science, research, and development.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proven track record of leading and growing public health strategies and developing innovative solutions.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong understanding of public health science, medical systems R&amp;D, and related markets.
