About the role
<p>We’re hiring Part-Time Substitute Teachers to support preschools and daycare centers (ages 0-5) - this role focuses on early childhood, not traditional K-12 classrooms.</p>
<p>Earn $14-$17/hr (up to $136/day), choose your schedule with flexible, part-time work. No teaching license, lesson planning, or grading required.</p>
<p>We are hiring Substitute Teachers in Waupaca, WI and surrounding areas including Clintonville, New London, Weyauwega, and Manawa in Waupaca County.</p>

<p><strong>Pay & Incentives:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>$14-$17/hr (up to $136/day)</li>
<li>$50 bonus after your first completed assignment</li>
<li>$150 monthly bonus (120+ hours worked)</li>
<li>$250 milestone bonus (500 hours worked)</li>
<li>Mileage reimbursement for eligible travel</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Fill in for teachers in preschools and daycare centers</li>
<li>Support children ages 0-5 through play and early learning activities</li>
<li>Follow classroom routines and lesson plans provided by the center</li>
<li>Lead activities such as arts & crafts, music, meals, and outdoor play</li>
<li>Partner with teachers and center staff to maintain a safe, engaging environment</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>At least 18 years old</li>
<li>High school diploma or GED</li>
<li>Able to pass a background check</li>
<li>Reliable transportation</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred (not required):</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience working with children ages 0-5</li>
<li>Background in childcare, daycare, preschool, or early education</li>
<li>CDA or ECE coursework</li>
</ul>
