Are you an ambitious individual seeking an outstanding opportunity to gain practical experience in the financial industry? As a Summer Intern , you'll  take part in various activities that support skill development and provide useful knowledge about the financial industry. This is an outstanding chance to collaborate with a group of professionals who are committed to producing impeccable results.

What You'll Do

• Supporting the team in coordinating conferences and client engagements by conducting company background research.
• Assisting in managing broker and vendor communications by handling inquiries, following up on outstanding items, and facilitating smooth coordination with internal collaborators.
• Providing support in preparing and updating client presentation materials, including research, data gathering, and information consolidation.
• Helping with scheduling team meetings, arranging travel, and taking on ad-hoc administrative and coordination tasks to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

Requirements

Who You Are

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in Finance or related fields, with investment knowledge
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and responsible attitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to conduct basic research and present information in a clear and structured manner
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
