Summer Internship 2026

The Program

Esquel’s Summer Internship Program welcomes young talents from diverse backgrounds to gain hands-on experience working in our vertically integrated supply chain.  Participants will have ample opportunities to identify and unleash their potential through a 10-week business exploration while adding value to the assigned projects. 

Internship Period: June - August 2026

Program Highlight

• Project Management: The interns will be assigned with projects related to business transformation / business process improvement / business operations

• Peer Sharing and Coaching: The interns will be provided additional business exposure and learning opportunities through coaching by experienced professionals 

• Career Advice: Performance assessment and feedback will be given to the interns to accelerate their project deliverables and professional development 

Requirements

The Candidates

• Undergraduates from any discipline target to complete the undergraduate program in 2026
• Excellent command of English and Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin is desirable 
• Interested in garment manufacturing, retail or technology related industry 
• Good presentation and analytical skills 
• Ethical, passionate and committed 
• Learning agility with positive attitude 
• A team player, creative, flexible and open-minded 
• Ability to work independently with critical thinking 
• Students from Belt and Road countries are welcome to apply
