If you want to be part of this transformation and leave your mark, your place is here.</p> <p>Become Sangue Laranja.</p></div><p><strong>Ready to kickstart your global career?</strong></p> <p><br>The <strong>Summer Experience Internship Program 2027</strong> is a high-impact, immersive&nbsp;journey designed for students who want more than just an internship — they want <strong>to&nbsp;build, innovate, and make a real difference</strong>.&nbsp;Over 10–12 weeks, you’ll work alongside talented professionals, gain hands-on&nbsp;experience across key business areas, and develop a strategic project that directly&nbsp;impacts our business.&nbsp;This is your chance to learn fast, think big, and grow globally.</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU WILL DO</strong></p> <p>As a Summer Intern, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Work on <strong>real business challenges</strong> across areas such as:</li> <ul> <li>Banking Products</li> <li>Investments</li> <li>Marketplace</li> <li>Operations</li> <li>Technology</li> </ul> <li>Participate in a <strong>structured development journey</strong>, including onboarding, training, and mentorship checkpoints</li> <li>Engage in <strong>executive talks</strong> and connect with leaders across the organization</li> <li>Collaborate with peers in a dynamic, international environment</li> <li>Develop and present a <strong>final business case project</strong> to leadership</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>We’re looking for curious minds and driven individuals who are ready to challenge the status quo.</p> <p><strong>You should:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (Sophomore year or above)</li> <li>Be pursuing a degree in: Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields &nbsp;</li> <li>Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Be proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn</li> <li>Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>GPA of 3.2 or higher (on a 4.0 scale)</li> <li>Previous internship or project experience</li> <li>Interest in financial services, tech, or innovation</li> </ul> <ul> <li>This is more than a summer internship.</li> </ul> <p><br>It’s your opportunity to <strong>shape the future — and your own story</strong>.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
