Summer Student Worker — Help Site & Knowledge Base
Do you play MovieStarPlanet 2 or MovieStarPlanet — and are you currently studying Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Communication, or similar?
This summer, we’re looking for a sharp, word-loving student to help us improve our help sites and build a knowledge base for our customer support team.
About the Job:
For six weeks this summer, you’ll join our team and take on a project with real impact. You’ll be the person who turns “how do I do this?” into clear, friendly answers that players can easily find and use. You know these games from the inside — now you’ll help the next player figure them out too. You’ll research features, organise topics, and write help content that’s accurate, easy to understand, and genuinely useful. Best of all, you get to use your insider knowledge of the MovieStarPlanet universe to make something that thousands of players will rely on.
Your Responsibilities:
- Write clear, player-friendly help articles, FAQs, and how-to guides for MovieStarPlanet, MovieStarPlanet 2 and BlockStarPlanet
- Organise content so players can quickly find exactly what they’re looking for
- Keep the player’s perspective front and centre in everything you write
- Compile and structure a knowledge base covering all games
- Work with the support team to spot the most useful topics and fill in the gaps
About You:
You’re a confident writer who can explain things simply and clearly, and you genuinely know your way around MovieStarPlanet or MovieStarPlanet 2. You’re organised, self-motivated, and happy to take charge of your own day on a focused, short-term project. You like the idea of helping players get the most out of a game you already enjoy, and you take pride in making content that’s both helpful and a pleasure to read.
Requirements:
- You’re currently studying Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Communication, or a similar field
- You have played MovieStarPlanet and/or MovieStarPlanet 2 and understand the games from a player’s perspective
- You live in Denmark
- You have excellent written communication skills in English
- You’re organised, self-directed, and able to work independently
These skills would also be a plus:
- Some experience with web content, documentation wikis, or content management systems
The practical part:
- This is a 6-week summer position, full time and on-site in Copenhagen
- You will be paid hourly wages according to Danish salary rules
- Our main communication language is English
How to apply:
In your cover letter, tell us a bit about yourself, your experience with our games, and send a short writing sample (or a link to something you’ve written) in English. Let us know your availability over the summer — we look forward to hearing from you!
Application deadline: 22 June 2026.
