This is a full-time, in-person position.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage all on-site construction activities from mobilization through close-out, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and Holder’s standards.</li> <li>Execute and enforce project safety, quality, and schedule objectives, exemplifying Holder’s commitment to a zero-accident culture.</li> <li>Provide oversight of all on-site workforces, including daily scope coordination and inspection of installed work.</li> <li>Assign team responsibilities and maintain clear communication with office and field teams to support project goals and manage risk.</li> <li>Organize project site logistics and coordinate day-to-day on-site activities to optimize workflow, productivity, and sequencing.</li> <li>Read and interpret construction design documents and specifications to ensure accurate execution.</li> <li>Mentor and develop team members, promoting Holder’s culture of integrity, collaboration, and continuous learning.</li> <li>Proactively identify and resolve issues to maintain project momentum and deliver successful results.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>5–10 years of commercial construction experience in a supervisory or field leadership role.</li> <li>Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams.</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.</li> </ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.</li> <li>Familiarity with scheduling tools, QA/QC processes, and risk management strategies.</li> <li>Ability to relocate to projects as needed.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p class="font_8 wixui-rich-text__text"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span class="wixui-rich-text__text">Holder is committed to Equal Opportunity Employment (EOE).</span></span></p> <p class="font_8 wixui-rich-text__text"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span class="wixGuard wixui-rich-text__text">​</span><span class="wixui-rich-text__text">Substance abuse testing and a background screening is a condition of employment and&nbsp;Holder Construction does not sponsor applicants for immigration status or benefits.</span></span></p></div>
