Experience with Idaho National Laboratory projects is preferred. You will lead the field team keep the job safe and organized and support the project manager with clear communication.</p> <p data-start="420" data-end="867"><strong>What you will do</strong><br data-start="436" data-end="439">• Guide daily site activities and keep production moving<br data-start="495" data-end="498">• Support subcontractors and help remove obstacles in their work<br data-start="562" data-end="565">• Maintain a clean safe and well organized jobsite<br data-start="615" data-end="618">• Partner with the project manager on schedules materials and updates<br data-start="687" data-end="690">• Communicate clearly with clients inspectors and vendors<br data-start="747" data-end="750">• Keep daily reports logs and documentation accurate<br data-start="802" data-end="805">• Follow INL protocols and security requirements when needed</p> <p data-start="869" data-end="1260"><strong>What you bring</strong><br data-start="883" data-end="886">• Experience as a superintendent in commercial or industrial construction<br data-start="959" data-end="962">• INL or federal related project experience preferred<br data-start="1015" data-end="1018">• Strong leadership in the field with a calm steady presence<br data-start="1078" data-end="1081">• Solid understanding of jobsite safety practices<br data-start="1130" data-end="1133">• Clear communication with both field and office teams<br data-start="1187" data-end="1190">• Comfort with basic construction software and daily reporting tools</p> <p></p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>About Us</strong></p> <p>Uprite Construction was established in 1991 as a multi-service construction company specializing in project site development, ground-up, new construction, renovations, and tenant improvements for the commercial and industrial sectors.
