<p><strong>Title: </strong>Superintendent, Public Jobs</p> <p><strong>Type: </strong>Full Time, Exempt</p> <p><strong>Location:</strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong> 100% Field –Richmond, VA</strong></span></p> <p><strong>Reports to: </strong>Director, Utilities</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on civil construction projects across the <strong>DMV as far south as Richmond, VA</strong>.This role is responsible for driving execution in the field, managing crews, subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.</p> <p>The ideal candidate is a hands-on field leader with strong sitework or heavy civil experience, a proven track record of managing complex projects, and the ability to enforce standards while maintaining productivity and safety.
