<strong>Duties as a Supervising Social Worker:</strong></div>
<div>
<ul>
<li>Supervise and support allocated foster carers, and their placements, completing all necessary recording and reporting documentation.</li>
<li>Direct work with children and young people to support better outcomes and stable placements.</li>
<li>Attend meetings and liaise with professionals to ensure positive outcomes and safeguarding of children in placements.</li>
<li>Assist in undertaking initial visits, as required.</li>
</ul>
<strong>Requirements as a Supervising Social Worker:</strong></div>

<li>Social Work England registration</li>
<li>Eligible to work in the UK</li>
<li>Degree level or equivalent in Social Work</li>
</ul>
