Maintain strong vendor relationships and minimise escalations.</li> <li>Reconciliation &amp; Accuracy: Ensure 99% accuracy in vendor reconciliations. Proactively resolve discrepancies and prevent payment delays.</li> <li>Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests.</li> <li>Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the P2P cycle.</li> <li>Monitor and resolve discrepancies related to invoices, purchase orders, and payments.</li> <li>Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g., Purchasing, Receiving, Finance) to ensure smooth P2P operations.</li> </ul> <p>Compliance and Controls:</p> <ul> <li>Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.</li> <li>Maintain and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud.</li> <li>Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.</li> <li>Stay up-to-date on changes in accounting regulations and best practices.</li> </ul> <p>Reporting and Analysis:</p> <ul> <li>Prepare and analyze accounts payable reports, including aging reports, payment forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs).</li> <li>Identify trends and anomalies in accounts payable data and recommend corrective actions.</li> <li>Provide timely and accurate information to management as requested.</li> </ul> <p>Problem Solving and Issue Resolution:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as a point of escalation for complex accounts payable issues.</li> <li>Investigate and resolve discrepancies, errors, and other problems in a timely and efficient manner.</li> <li>Develop and implement solutions to prevent recurring issues.</li> </ul> <p>System Management:</p> <ul> <li>Work with IT and other departments to maintain and improve the accounts payable system.</li> <li>Participate in system upgrades and implementations.</li> <li>Troubleshoot system-related issues and provide support to team members.</li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What you'll need:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>India Shift - (9-6PM) WFO</li> <li>Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai</li> <li>Minimum 13-15 years of experiencing in Account Payable team</li> <li>Strong Team handling experience</li> <li>Preferred experience in SSC/Media/Advertising</li> <li>Strong communication skills for negotiation &amp; reconciliation</li> <li>Self-motivated</li> <li>Flexible attitude to achieve results.</li> <li>Calm under pressure.</li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Who you are:</strong></span></p> <p><strong>You're open<em>:</em> </strong>We are inclusive and collaborative; we encourage the free exchange of ideas; we respect and celebrate diverse views.
