Duties may include but not limited to preparing and posting&nbsp;journal entries, review of bank reconciliations, preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations and&nbsp;monthly schedules</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What you'll be doing:</strong></span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>• Posting month end journals in the ERP</p> <p>• Preparation &amp; adherence to month end closing Calander &amp; Tracker &amp; follow up with other departments on timeline</p> <p>• Preparing Fixed assets schedule and perform reconciliations</p> <p>• Prepare prepaid amortization schedule</p> <p>• Coordination with Operations &amp; Commercial team for smooth business functioning</p> <p>• Perform agency finance function in ERP (Project, Budget, PO &amp; AR draft invoice creation &amp; performing revenue recognition)</p> <p>• Prepare &amp; post judgemental JV’s in system for Revenue, COGS &amp; SGA recognition</p> <p>• Preparation &amp; review of bank reconciliations.</p> <p>• Complete ownership of TB &amp; its schedules.</p> <p>• Prepare Intercompany recharge schedule &amp; perform P&amp;L &amp; BS intercompany balance reconciliations.</p> <p>• Variance Analysis with budget &amp; highlighting major deviations from budget.</p> <p>• Preparation of Financials along and other reports required by management. (Monthly, quarterly, annual)</p> <p>• Doing monthly analysis of P&amp;L and Balance sheet items and highlight major variances/ observations to management.</p> <p>• Generating financial reports from ERP</p> <p>• Managing direct &amp; Indirect tax reports &amp; returns</p> <p>• Collaborating with the agency and other departments to complete accurate records and provide accounting support</p> <p>• Ensuring Financials are accurately entered in Group Reporting ERP in detail with all schedules.</p> <p>• Ensuring financial records comply with SOX requirements</p> <p>• Capture month end ledger transactions into Smartsheet</p> <p>• Multi-tasking &amp; ability to manage Adhoc projects</p> <p>• Ability to be proactive in streamlining / automating process or tasks, including documentation of processes</p> <p>• Performing SOX compliance pre &amp; post month end activities.</p> <p>• Coordinating with auditors for Interim audit/Internal Audit/Statutory Audit and providing the details / schedules required by&nbsp;them.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What you'll need:</strong></span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Skills/Experience</strong></p> <p>· Required qualification B.
