Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of tradespeople on site to ensure timely progress and high workmanship standards.

• Assign tasks, monitor productivity and provide clear, practical instruction to teams.

• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with project drawings, specifications and safety regulations.

• Conduct routine quality checks and report deviations to Project Management.

• Support planning by providing accurate progress updates, resource forecasts and highlighting potential delays.

• Facilitate communication between site teams, subcontractors and project stakeholders.

• Mentor junior staff, promote best practices and ensure adherence to site procedures (SOP / MOP).

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory role on construction or industrial electrical projects.

• Background as a qualified electrician or similar trade with hands-on installation experience.

• Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage competing priorities.

• Good communication skills in English; knowledge of a Scandinavian language is an advantage.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work documentation.

• Commitment to safety culture and practical experience enforcing safety procedures on site.

• Flexible and proactive approach, able to work in dynamic project environments.
