Supplier Quality Engineer (m/f)

        Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:

• Managing internal supplier quality issues, including D1–D8 steps

• Managing external supplier quality issues, including D1–D3 steps and monitoring steps D4-D8 for

• Sorting management

• Management of stopping and disposing of non-compliant components

• Assessing supplier capability and risk

• Managing Supplier PPAP process and plant approval for components

• Ensuring compliance with IATF 16949 and customer-specific requirements

• Verifying implementation of corrective and preventive actions based on components.

• Monitoring supplier quality performance using KPIs and managing non-conforming material

• Cooperating with Production, Logistics, R&D, and Supply Chain on supplier-related quality topics

• Supporting new component launches and serial changes in the plant

• Interpret technical drawings and verify dimensional compliance

     If you have/are: 

• Higher education – preferably technical

• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality or process/eng. department – preferably automotive industry

• Knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, PPAP, APQP, FMEA and SPC

• Self-driven person, detail-oriented person with a proactive approach who likes independence and taking responsibility,

• Hands-on experience with PPAP management and component approval processes

• Fluent in English

• Category B driving license

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills (8D, 5 Why)

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for supplier management

• Proficiency in ERP/MES systems and MS Office
