<p><span data-contrast="none">In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining supplier quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and product requirements. <ul>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Develop and implement supplier quality management programs, including audits, assessments, material readiness reviews, and qualification activities/criteria.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559738":120,"335559739":120,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ensure suppliers comply with applicable regulatory, contractual, and company quality requirements.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559738":120,"335559739":120,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Evaluate and qualify suppliers through audits, assessments, and risk analysis.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559738":120,"335559739":120,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for supplier quality issues.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559738":120,"335559739":120,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Support supplier performance reviews, including tracking metrics/KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559738":120,"335559739":120,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to resolve technical and quality-related challenges including the disposition of non-conforming material.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559738":120,"335559739":120,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Support first article inspections (FAI), process validation, and qualification of new suppliers and components.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559738":120,"335559739":120,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Provide technical guidance and training to suppliers to improve quality and manufacturing processes.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559738":120,"335559739":120,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Develop and implement inspection plans to ensure effective verification of product characteristics by receiving inspection.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559738":120,"335559739":120,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>

<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">BS degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or related technical field.</span><span data-contrast="auto"> </span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">2+ years of experience in supplier quality, manufacturing quality, or supplier development.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Familiarity with GD&T and engineering drawings.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience working with machined parts, sheet metal, PCBs, cable assemblies, or electromechanical systems.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience with inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and CMM reports.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Proficiency in root cause analysis, failure analysis, and problem-solving methodologies.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience using data analysis tools to identify trends and establish metrics.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive supplier improvements in a fast-paced start-up environment.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
