If you join our team, you’ll be contributing to building the technology that powers the future.</p> <h2>About the Role</h2> <p>We’re hiring a <strong><strong class="textBold">Supply Chain Analyst</strong></strong> to serve as the primary analytical counterpart to Supply Chain leadership and help ensure the right hardware is in the right place at the right cost.</p> <p>In this role, you’ll sit close to the Supply Chain team, joining their reviews, understanding decisions in context, and delivering the analyses, scorecards, and reports that inform those calls. You’ll work directly with Supply Chain stakeholders and partner with the <strong><strong class="textBold">Senior Analytics Engineer</strong></strong> to access data from the <strong><strong class="textBold">Foundry analytics layer</strong></strong> and identify gaps in coverage early.</p> <p>This is not a back-office reporting role. Your work matters because it improves decision-making around GPU and hardware procurement, inventory, and vendor performance—and helps the business act with better information, not just more dashboards.</p> <h2>What you'll be doing</h2> <p><strong><strong class="textBold">Core Analytics Ownership</strong></strong></p> <ul> <li value="1"><strong><strong class="textBold">Own</strong></strong> GPU procurement analytics that support day-to-day Supply Chain decisions.</li> <li value="2"><strong><strong class="textBold">Maintain</strong></strong> vendor scorecards used to assess supplier performance.</li> <li value="3"><strong><strong class="textBold">Track</strong></strong> inventory through reporting that gives the team clear operational visibility.</li> </ul> <p><strong><strong class="textBold">Decision Support Partnership</strong></strong></p> <ul> <li value="1"><strong><strong class="textBold">Attend</strong></strong> Supply Chain meetings and reviews to understand decisions as they happen.</li> <li value="2"><strong><strong class="textBold">Surface</strong></strong> the analytical questions most worth answering based on business context.</li> <li value="3"><strong><strong class="textBold">Flag</strong></strong> when data is missing, inconsistent, or incorrect before it affects decisions.</li> </ul> <p><strong><strong class="textBold">Decision-Ready Communication</strong></strong></p> <ul> <li value="1"><strong><strong class="textBold">Build</strong></strong> clear memos, tables, and summaries that stakeholders can read and act on without a walkthrough.</li> <li value="2"><strong><strong class="textBold">Translate</strong></strong> analysis into structured outputs suited to Supply Chain and C-suite audiences.</li> <li value="3"><strong><strong class="textBold">Present</strong></strong> conclusions that go beyond description and help clarify the "so what."</li> </ul> <p><strong><strong class="textBold">Data Quality and Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong></strong></p> <ul> <li value="1"><strong><strong class="textBold">Partner</strong></strong> with the Senior Analytics Engineer to get the data needed from the Foundry analytics layer.</li> <li value="2"><strong><strong class="textBold">Identify</strong></strong> gaps in data coverage early so they can be addressed before they block analysis.</li> <li value="3"><strong><strong class="textBold">Reconcile</strong></strong> figures back to source data before sharing them.</li> <li value="4"><strong><strong class="textBold">State</strong></strong> assumptions explicitly and <strong><strong class="textBold">verify</strong></strong> every data point before it goes out.</li> </ul> <h2>KPIs</h2> <ul> <li value="1"><strong><strong class="textBold">GPU procurement analytics ownership</strong></strong></li> <li value="2"><strong><strong class="textBold">Vendor scorecard accuracy and usability</strong></strong></li> <li value="3"><strong><strong class="textBold">Inventory tracking report reliability</strong></strong></li> <li value="4"><strong><strong class="textBold">Decision-ready analysis delivered for Supply Chain reviews</strong></strong></li> </ul> <h2>About You</h2> <ul> <li value="1"><strong><strong class="textBold">3–5 years</strong></strong> of experience in an analytical role</li> <li value="2">Direct exposure to <strong><strong class="textBold">supply chain, procurement, operations, or a closely related domain</strong></strong></li> <li value="3">Experience working closely with business stakeholders in decision-making settings</li> <li value="4">Strong written communication skills, including clear prose and clean tables or charts</li> <li value="5">Ability to choose the right format for the audience and context</li> <li value="6">Comfort drawing conclusions from data, not just describing what it shows</li> <li value="7">Technical capability to work in <strong><strong class="textBold">Foundry</strong></strong> or similar data platforms</li> <li value="8">Working knowledge of <strong><strong class="textBold">SQL or equivalent</strong></strong> for data analysis</li> <li value="9">High attention to detail and discipline in validating numbers before sharing them</li> <li value="10">Cross-business exposure across more than one domain is viewed positively</li> </ul> <h2>What we can offer you</h2> <p>At Nscale, you'll find a collaborative, supportive, and innovative environment where your contributions spark real impact.
