<h2>About the Role</h2>
<p>We're hiring a <strong><strong class="textBold">Senior Supply Chain and Logistics Manager</strong></strong> to drive analytical rigor, forecasting accuracy, logistics performance, and capital efficiency across Nscale's global hardware supply chain.</p>
<p>This role sits within <strong><strong class="textBold">Supply Chain Operations</strong></strong> and reports to the <strong><strong class="textBold">VP, Supply Chain Planning</strong></strong>, where you'll lead the development and execution of demand, procurement, allocation, inventory, and global logistics strategies working closely with datacenter operations, Finance, hardware vendors, and global logistics providers.</p>
<p>You will own the strategy to ensure GPUs and supporting hardware are available in the <strong><strong class="textBold">right region, at the right time, in the right configuration</strong></strong> while reducing excess inventory, stranded capital, transportation risk, and supply disruption. This is a high-impact opportunity for a strategic leader who wants to shape how a fast-scaling AI infrastructure business plans and moves critical hardware globally.</p>
<h2>What you'll be doing</h2>
<p><strong><strong class="textBold">Logistics & Global Deployment Strategy</strong></strong></p>
<ul>
<li value="1"><strong><strong class="textBold">Lead</strong></strong> end-to-end hardware movement strategy from vendor to datacenter, including freight modes, customs clearance, and final-mile delivery optimization.</li>
<li value="2"><strong><strong class="textBold">Own</strong></strong> transportation lead time and cross-border logistics models, translating regulatory and regional constraints into deployment schedules and mitigation strategies.</li>
<li value="3"><strong><strong class="textBold">Direct</strong></strong> partnerships with global logistics providers to optimize freight cost, transit time, and risk exposure, driving continuous improvement in logistics performance.</li>
<li value="4"><strong><strong class="textBold">Drive</strong></strong> resolution of bottlenecks in international shipping, customs, and warehouse operations through data-informed process improvements and vendor accountability.</li>
<li value="5"><strong><strong class="textBold">Lead</strong></strong> new datacenter launch strategy through hardware readiness and logistics feasibility analysis, ensuring seamless deployment execution.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><strong class="textBold">Demand Planning & Forecasting</strong></strong></p>
<ul>
<li value="1"><strong><strong class="textBold">Own</strong></strong> short-, mid-, and long-term demand forecasting for racks, servers, networking, and supporting infrastructure, driving forecast accuracy improvements.</li>
<li value="2"><strong><strong class="textBold">Translate</strong></strong> commercial pipeline, expansion plans, and infrastructure roadmaps into strategic hardware demand models and capacity plans.</li>
<li value="3"><strong><strong class="textBold">Lead</strong></strong> scenario modeling across capacity expansion, supply constraints, regional demand shifts, and logistics lead times to support strategic planning.</li>
<li value="4"><strong><strong class="textBold">Drive</strong></strong> continuous improvement in forecast accuracy and planning methodologies, establishing best practices across the organization.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><strong class="textBold">Inventory & Regional Allocation</strong></strong></p>
<ul>
<li value="1"><strong><strong class="textBold">Own</strong></strong> inventory analytics, including levels, turns, aging, and stranded capital risk assessment across regions, with authority over rebalancing decisions.</li>
<li value="2"><strong><strong class="textBold">Lead</strong></strong> rebalancing and redeployment strategies for excess, obsolete, or underutilized hardware to optimize capital efficiency.</li>
<li value="3"><strong><strong class="textBold">Direct</strong></strong> spare pooling optimization, buffer stock strategy, and inter-region transfer decisions to align with business priorities.</li>
<li value="4"><strong><strong class="textBold">Develop</strong></strong> cross-region allocation strategies that balance customer demand with hardware availability while maximizing capital efficiency.</li>
<li value="5"><strong><strong class="textBold">Own</strong></strong> warehousing footprint strategy and regional stocking policies, driving organizational alignment on inventory positioning.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><strong class="textBold">Data, Reporting & Strategic Analysis</strong></strong></p>
<ul>
<li value="1"><strong><strong class="textBold">Establish</strong></strong> and maintain executive dashboards for demand versus supply position, GPU allocation status, inventory health and aging, procurement and transportation lead times, and in-transit logistics performance.</li>
<li value="2"><strong><strong class="textBold">Drive</strong></strong> strategic analysis and provide executive recommendations to support critical supply and logistics decisions.</li>
<li value="3"><strong><strong class="textBold">Lead</strong></strong> cross-functional partnership with Finance to ensure hardware forecasts and logistics costs are integrated into capital planning models.</li>
<li value="4"><strong><strong class="textBold">Own</strong></strong> datacenter operations coordination to ensure deployment readiness across multiple sites and support business objectives.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><strong class="textBold">Risk & Scenario Planning</strong></strong></p>
<ul>
<li value="1"><strong><strong class="textBold">Own</strong></strong> structured risk models for supply shocks, freight disruptions, vendor concentration, and geopolitical constraints affecting supply chain resilience.</li>
<li value="2"><strong><strong class="textBold">Lead</strong></strong> sensitivity analyses on pricing volatility, allocation shifts, transportation delays, and demand surges to inform strategic planning.</li>
<li value="3"><strong><strong class="textBold">Drive</strong></strong> proactive mitigation strategies to eliminate supply chain and logistics disruption risks, with accountability for execution.</li>
</ul>

<h2>About You</h2>
<ul>
<li value="1"><strong><strong class="textBold">7–15+ years</strong></strong> of experience in supply chain analysis, demand planning, logistics analytics, or hardware procurement.</li>
<li value="2">Experience in <strong><strong class="textBold">datacenter, cloud infrastructure, hyperscale, or high-performance computing</strong></strong> environments.</li>
<li value="3">Direct exposure to <strong><strong class="textBold">GPU-based supply chains across multiple regions</strong></strong> is a significant advantage.</li>
<li value="4">Experience analyzing <strong><strong class="textBold">global logistics flows</strong></strong>, including freight, customs, warehousing, and 3PLs.</li>
<li value="5">Strong understanding of <strong><strong class="textBold">hardware lifecycle economics</strong></strong> in capital-intensive environments.</li>
<li value="6">Experience working with <strong><strong class="textBold">OEMs, hardware vendors, global logistics providers, and customs frameworks</strong></strong>.</li>
<li value="7">Advanced proficiency in <strong><strong class="textBold">Excel</strong></strong> and <strong><strong class="textBold">financial modeling</strong></strong>.</li>
<li value="8">Strong <strong><strong class="textBold">SQL</strong></strong> skills and experience working with large operational datasets.</li>
<li value="9">Familiarity with supply chain planning systems such as <strong><strong class="textBold">SAP IBP, Anaplan, NetSuite, or similar</strong></strong>, plus BI tools like <strong><strong class="textBold">Looker, Tableau, or Power BI</strong></strong>.</li>
<li value="10">Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to translate ambiguity into structured models and <strong><strong class="textBold">executive-level insights</strong></strong>.</li>

<p>The range below reflects the base salary for the position. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related factors such as skill set, experience, education, and location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for bonus, equity, and/or commission programs.
