We are looking for a dynamic Supply Chain Clerk to join our team. You need to be detail-focussed and solution-orientated with experience in inventory management, procurement, warehousing, supply chain or logistics, ideally within an e-commerce environment. This role suits a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, exciting environment and who can easily adapt to changing market and organisational requirements. A commitment to excellence, passion for software systems, and strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail, are essential to succeed in this position.

Requirements:
· Relevant tertiary qualification in supply chain management, inventory management, and procurement.
· Prior experience in supply chain management, inventory management, or e-commerce.
· Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office, ERP Software systems)
· Performance driven attitude and target oriented.
· Ability to work productively, efficiently, and effectively whilst maintaining attention to detail.
· Ability to adapt and implement change effectively.
· Experience in fresh produce and packaging environment.
· Available to work over weekends.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. (Afrikaans and English)
Inventory Responsibilities:
· Oversee all stock administration for the Cape Town and Johannesburg warehouses.
· Systems administration and master user for the WMS and ERP (SageX3) systems, ensuring accurate capturing and reflection of data while maintaining system hygiene.
· Manage inventory cap schedules of products sold online.
· Oversee the online products availability and liaise closely with the procurement and operation teams to solve any issues that may arise.
· Ensuring optimal stock availability in the Cape Town, Johannesburg warehouses, and On-Site shops.
· Stock Shrinkage: investigate discrepancy between recorded and physical inventory.
Procurement Responsibilities:
· Purchasing & Orders: Preparing and issuing purchase orders to suppliers based on internal requisitions.
· Inventory Tracking: Monitoring inventory levels, tracking incoming shipments, and ensuring order accuracy
· Invoicing & Reconciliation: Verifying that supplier invoices match purchase orders and received goods
· Waste Reduction and Cost Control: Identifying opportunities for cost savings and reducing wastage
· Administrative Support: Maintaining accurate records, tracking orders to prevent delays, and handling vendor inquiries.
