We like to promote from within: Here’s your chance.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>N6 in Supply Chain and Logistics or any equivalent discipline</strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>The skills we need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>Creativity in developing content, ideas, and marketing concepts.</li> <li>Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media channels, Google Analytics, email marketing tools).</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Ability to analyse data and interpret consumer insights.</li> <li>Good organisational and time-management skills.</li> <li>Comfortable working with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace tools.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Attributes required:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborative</li> <li>Creative Energy</li> <li>Hands on</li> <li>Have an opinion and voice it</li> <li>Strong communication skills</li> <li>Strong problem solving skills</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Outbound Planning &amp; Coordination:</strong>&nbsp;Helping plan and manage production, and delivery to ensure seamless operations (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory &amp; Dispatch)</li> <li><strong>Procurement Support:</strong>&nbsp;Work with our Sites and Services team, maintaining relationships with suppliers and uphold of SLA’s.</li> <li><strong>Inventory Management</strong>: Tracking stock levels, processing orders, and ensuring accurate inventory records.</li> <li><strong>Dispatch:&nbsp;</strong>Monitoring shipments, ensuring timely delivery, and coordinating with distributors and partners.</li> <li><strong>Data Analysis:</strong>&nbsp;Interpreting operational data to identify bottlenecks, solve problems, and find opportunities for improvement.</li> <li><strong>Cost Reduction:</strong>&nbsp;Developing strategies to cut expenses while maintaining quality.</li> <li><strong>Process Improvement</strong>: Innovating and optimizing supply chain processes for greater efficiency.</li> <li><strong>Risk Management:</strong>&nbsp;Identifying vulnerabilities and helping create contingency plans.</li> <li><strong>Sustainability:</strong>&nbsp;Implementing eco-friendly practices and meeting environmental goals.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>High Level:&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>At the takealot Group, our<strong> </strong>Graduate Programme will help you build both technical and soft-skills to launch your career, learning from the best in the business.
