Position Overview We are seeking a highly driven Supply Chain Manager to build and scale our supply chain operations from the ground up. This role will be responsible for sourcing, procurement, supplier management, and logistics across a complex, regulated environment. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and program teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of critical components.  This is a high-impact role ideal for someone You’ll Need:  <ul> <li>8+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations (defense, aerospace, or hardware startup preferred) </li> <li>Strong understanding of defense regulations (ITAR/EAR/DFARS) </li> <li>Experience sourcing complex components (electronics, machined parts, etc.) </li> <li>Proven ability to negotiate with suppliers and manage contracts </li> <li>Familiarity
