<p><span data-contrast="auto">As a Supply Chain Planner at Senra Systems, you will be responsible for ensuring material readiness for production and maintaining accurate clear-to-build (CtB) status for assigned work orders. You will serve as a key coordination point between Supply Chain, Inventory, Production, Engineering, and Programs to proactively identify shortages, expedite materials, allocate inventory, and remove material-related barriers to production.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">This role is highly execution-focused and requires strong organizational skills, urgency, and attention to detail. Success is measured by material readiness, clear-to-build attainment, shortage resolution, and ensuring production starts on time.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></p>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Manage material readiness for assigned orders from release through production start.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Maintain accurate clear-to-build (CtB) status and projected material availability dates for all assigned work orders.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Monitor material shortages and proactively drive resolution before they impact production schedules.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Allocate available inventory across work orders based on production priorities and customer commitments.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Coordinate with Procurement and suppliers to expedite critical material deliveries.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Partner with Inventory to validate material availability, transactions, receiving status, and inventory accuracy.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Coordinate with Engineering and Programs to resolve BOM discrepancies, obtain alternate part approvals, and material-related engineering issues.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Support work order readiness reviews and provide material status updates during production planning meetings.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Maintain accurate shortage tracking, supplier updates, and recovery plans within ERP/MRP systems.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Monitor open purchase orders and ensure delivery dates align with production requirements.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Escalate material risks and supply constraints that may impact on-time delivery.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Partner with Production Coordinators and Supervisors to ensure production priorities align with material availability.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>

<li>Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors. </li>
<li>Salary Range:<strong> </strong>$75,000-$100,000 </li>
<li>This is an onsite role at our headquarters in Redondo Beach, CA. </li>
