You will work with large-scale datasets to analyze supply and demand trends, improve forecasting accuracy, and provide visibility into supply risks and opportunities. Partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will develop reporting solutions, drive process improvements, and support scenario-based planning that enables informed business decisions. This role combines supply chain planning expertise, data analytics, and program execution to help ensure operational readiness and efficient resource planning.</span></p> <h2><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support the creation and implementation of scenario planning and "what-if" modeling capabilities to evaluate supply chain risks and planning outcomes.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop functional requirements, business processes, and project documentation to support planning initiatives and system enhancements.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Required Qualifications</span></h2> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Forecasting, or related operational planning functions.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">3+ years of experience using SQL for data analysis, reporting, and data validation.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">3+ years of experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI or similar business intelligence platforms.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is&nbsp;<strong>$40– $44 USD/hourly. &nbsp;</strong>Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
