Support Analyst - Trade Flow Pilot

<p><strong>Overview of Support Analyst - Trade Flow Pilot:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Coordinate on-boarding and migration of trading flows with technology and business stakeholders</li> <li>Pipe cleaning of new asset classes to be traded in the firm using internal applications and broker/exchanges before the full-scale trading</li> <li>Gatekeep the production environment by reviewing the changes in technology space; Create and maintain internal tools and scripts</li> </ul> <p><strong>Typical Day of Support Analyst:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Conduct scheduled pipe cleaning activities with regional trading desks and operations</li> <li>Carry out analysis, planning &amp; execution for any ongoing on boarding, migration projects</li> <li>Analyze and provide feedback on changes going into production wherever gaps are identified, CAB approval</li> <li>Provide assistance to trade floor support, operations and trading desks on any queries raised related to the trading flows</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skill Set Required for Position:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related subject</li> <li>Understanding of the financial domain and different types of asset classes (at least listed ones - Equities &amp; Derivatives)</li> <li>Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues across multiple regions</li> <li>Experience working in Linux based environments and proficiency in at least one scripting language</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Understanding of trading fundamentals, including market types and asset classes.</li> <li>Python, kdb+/q experience</li> <li>Database experience</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
